AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY
All 14K gold filled So jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
Availability for Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Precious Stones items are subject to what is currently listed as “in stock” in the So online store. All Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Precious Stone jewelry may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@sobyjostore.com to discuss your particular situation.
Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
